Very beautiful and revealing dressReviewed by Tim L. Goodwin, 2010-01-28
I gave this dress to my girlfriend for her b-day to wear when she goes out to the clubs. My jaw dropped when I first saw her put it on - very hot! The skirt is very short and tight, showing off her long legs and her curves. The waist cut outs show a lot skin and is very teasing for what it doesn't show. The open back and rhinestone straps are beautiful. I bought with these sandals Mootsies Tootsies Women's Allatly Sandal which look wonderful with this dress. And I also got her this anklet Black Tuxedo: Striking Sexy Jet Black Ankle Bracelets: Sterling Silver Handmade Adjustable Beaded Anklets which draws your attention to the legs and shoes. Can't wait to take her out in this!
Good QualityReviewed by KCBlueGal, 2007-08-23
I've bought several of these same-style dresses from various
manufacturers (mini-dress, cowl neck). This was my first purchase
from this specific manufacturer, Hot Fash. I am surprised by the
quality of the good dress, as a lot of these dresses are not. It
seems to be double-lined, with no seams on the bottom "cuff" of the
skirt (the skirt part is folded in half and creased very well to
create that effect). In my experience with this type of wear, the
less seams to burst or break, the better. And when there is no seam
on the bottom cuff of the skirt, spreading your legs out (during
any normal dancing) wouldn't be a worry. The skirt just stretches
right with you.
The fabric is soft, slightly stretchy, and very comfortable to
wear. The manufacturer's sizing information was accurate in my
purchase of a size small.
I've purchased the other same-style dresses from other
manufacturers, and not only were they a lot more expensive, but
they were obviously cheaply made and show signs of wear after just
a few washings. This dress was cheaper, better made, and still
looks brand new.
This dress features rhinestone-and-black-straps going down the
back, which have held up well through washings and hard dancing.
The only minor oddity is that the two middle straps seem to be
longer than my body (I have a normal-sized torso, not short) so
they bulge out about an inch at the bottom instead of running
straight down my back (as seen in the product picture). This,
however, can also be considered a good thing, since I don't want
the straps so tight that they'll break if I bend over. It is not an
ugly feature, so I'm not complaining about it. It is also very
easily-fixable with scissors, needle, and thread, for somebody who
really wanted the straps tighter.
I get a lot of compliments on this specific dress, and I'm happy
with my purchase.
